With regard to the use of various services that are provided by Delight Journey, the agreement between User and Delight Journey would be a binding contract.

Delight Journey reserves the right to change the terms & conditions under which the services are offered through the website.

The user shall be responsible for regularly reviewing the terms & conditions.

1. Online Payment Option

Cards transactions processed through an online payment gateway system. Consumer not needs to worry about their card information falling into the wrong hands because bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. About 20 to 25 seconds (depending on your internet connection) time will take to complete the payment transaction.

2. Internet Banking

If you have an account with any of the national/private banks, then you can pay for your order through the respective bank's NEFT options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. Delivery of Products/Services

What is an e-ticket? 

In event of flight booking, an e-ticket will be generated and it is called an electronic ticket (paperless electronic document) which has a unique confirmation PNR given to passengers. Passengers are required to produce at the airport airline counter.

How will I get my e-ticket details?

Your e-ticket will be generated instantly and will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 2 hours of making your booking with delightjourney.com, please call our Customer Care Representative.

www.delightjourney.com shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by us, in the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Delight Journey.com will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from traveling.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?

You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with your valid photo identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.

Cancellation policy

Every booking made on Delight Journey is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.

delightjourney.com levies negligible amount of 250 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 350 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.

Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.

Cancellations can be made online or offline through Mybooking section or by sending an email to care@delightjourney.com

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly.

Amendment charges on delightjourney.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.

To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, We recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.

In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don't entertain any cancelation request.

In case of No-show the refund amount is entirely depends upon the airlines. Delightjourney has nothing to do with the refund amount. We will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airlines in case of No-Show.

 Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy

For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges

For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.

 Refund Policy

Delightjourney.com will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through my booking section or email.

Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.

Delight Journey will process refund within 72 only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers.

Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions

 Refunds in cases where Airlines/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt

Delight Journey shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent

The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the Delight Journey liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent.

On the basis of assurity given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, Delight Journey may sometimes refund amount to the customer but we reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines/hotels getting shutted down/non-operational/bankrupt.

Promotion Codes

Delight Journey generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon. Delight Journey reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.

In case of dispute with any party, Delight Journey management decision will be binding and final.
