Q 1: Is it necessary to carry my e ticket with me?

A:: Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by delightjourney.com. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, we will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from traveling.

Q 2: How do I register with Delight Journey?

A: Click on sign up icon on homepage. Fill all the required details & press “Sign Up” you will get a confirmation mail with your details on the email provided to us.

Q 3: Can I speak to someone in Customer Support?

A: Yes, you can call us anytime on number given or send an email at care@delightjourney.com and live chat where our representative will reply to all your queries immediately.

Q 4: By when can I expect my refund against the cancel?

A: The refund is processed as per airline policy & will be received in 15-20 working days from the date of refund. Please refer to terms & conditions for the details.

Q 5: What are the different modes of payments you accept?

A:: We accept payments by credit card, debit card, net banking.

Q 6: Do I have to enter my personal details every time

A: Once you are registered in our database, our website will take all details automatically once you sign in & make bookings.

Q 7: Are my credit card details safe with you?

A: Yes we are 100% safe website for taking payments through Credit Card.

Q 8: How can I contact your Group Desk sales team?

 Q 9: I am travelling with infant_ is there anything special I need to carry?

A: Babies b/w the age of 0 to 2 years are considered t be Infant 2 to 12 years are considered to be child.

         Infants are not allocated separate seats. For an infant Ticket, it is mandatory to carry Birth Certificate of the infant along with the Ticket.

Q 10: What is the age limit of Infant, Child, Adult and Senior Citizen?

A: Age Range of Infant: 0-2 years

         Age Range of Child: 2-12 years

         Age Range of Adult: 12-60 years

         Age Range of Senior Citizen: Above 60 years

Q 11: How many Passengers can be booked in one PNR?

A: Maximum Nine Passengers

Q 12: What is the standard check in/out times?

A: The standard check-in time is after 1400 hrs (local time) and standard check-out time is 12 noon. But it may vary from season to season and city to city. Please check with the hotel for clarity.

Q 13: Our children will be travelling with us- will there

A: When making your booking, select the number of children travelling with you from the 'Children' drop-down box. If you select just 1 child, our search will give you the price of a double room with child, not including an extra bed. If you want an extra bed in the room, you need to increase the number of passengers in your search.

Q 14: What is the difference in a Double and a Twin Room

A: A Double Room has 1 King-size bed where-as a Twin Room has 2 Single or Queen-sized beds.

Q 15: Can more than three adults stay in one room?

A: Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge as long as the room doesn't exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your group, the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms. If you have doubts, check directly with your hotel for their extra-guest charges and the maximum number of people allowed in the room you've booked.
